EOI: AusLancer Merchandise

What design would you like for the coffee mug: (please don't vote if you don't intend to buy one)

Ok guys, Tryg is able to get some mugs done at a reasonable price for us. Price will be $15 for the mugs plus P&H so sent by registered post it would bring it upto around the $25 mark for premium members. Non-premium members will be able to get them but the price would be an additional $5 so around the $30 mark would be what you are looking at. Who would be interested in this?

Just need to get an idea on costs to see if this is a viable option for us and also any other suggestions for merchandise???

Keen, depending what it looks like. Might get two, dump one on Hoggy's desk and see if I can get a laugh out of the bugger.
 
It will be the header logo wrapped around the mug, as it appears at the top of your screen, without the blue. Just a plain white mug, with the Australia map/flag with a CJ on it with the words AusLancer.com

Thoughts?
 
great idea, i may have to sign us as a prem member now :p
how about gettin a few mockup ideas together and putting them to a vote, just to see some various options
my CAT earthmovers mug is gettin a bit old, an aus lancer one would look nice on my desk
 
i might have to sign up to be a premium member, ryan have u ever thought about doing like an aus lancer polo or something with the logo on it like the ones we have for stickers. my mate has one that they have on the calibra.org. it is just another idea
 
Yes, we are thinking of other possible gear in the near future, but we want to start with the mugs first as that is probably the cheapest upfront...

Have been thinking about it, and we will make them available to non-premium members but it would be at an additional $5. I'll update the first post.

At this point we were planning on using the current site logo as the design for the mug, since we are yet to come up with any alternative suitable designs....
 
i would find the aus lancer sticker suitable i fell it is just plan and simple no need to go out there with some fancy design just something that can be read easily when needed to

Keep it to premium only.

This small mention of mugs has already sparked interest with 2 non-premium members to make the move to premium.

this is just an EOI guys, payment terms will come a bit later, around Xmas time... payment will probably be to me.
 
i'd have to see the design first i guess. but i'd be keener if there was a CE in there. how about the AusLancer logo with a few members cars inside the lettering?
 
If you placed several cars inside the map, either they would be too small to see (on a mug/stubby cooler) or the map might end up covered...

All in all, I am just functioning what Ryan sends me as his site's logo.. might not be to everyone's tastes, but I don't see much benefit in changing a logo, once settled upon, I will consult my friend with the promotions company.

Yeah that would be a good idea, but would also prob raise the costs.
