Its as easy as that Josh, loom out, loom in fewwires here and there.. change ecu, if u get a half cut then u have everything even the box
FWD box the starter motor is on the rear, AWD box the starter is on the front
Benifits of using the awd box is its bigger, stronger and u can fit a triple plate in it
But when u use the AWD box u will need to lock the viscous coupling to FWD (u can get pre welded cups from some places that u just replace with the existing 1 in the awd box)
= win, i was hoping 4gxx gearboxes fitted up to 6a12's, was the only thing that turned me off that conversion finding a damned 6a12 maual box, now only thing stopping me is monies
