club logo ideas?

we can't even sell 15 mugs, that people said they would definitely buy... who would be dumb-enough to put hand deep into pocket for shirts, of many different sizes no less!!

How about we worry about this sort of stuff after we help Ryan by selling the mugs in hand... I want to be able to give him more than $25 toward the club (that is all I currently am holding from sales).

Did the 11 in the thread go through tryg?

To rectify forking money out in advance and estimating qty's.
>Get logo/shirt design > then cost of shirt > then take payments > then order shirts on payments. Makes it easy if min. qty is not a probably like you mention above though.

Like anything price is the factor and will limit or make sales if price is known before production should hopefully have less people back out.

No...is the short answer. I have sold 5.

In response to future stuff...My mate will make us either directly printed/screen printed or embroidered... can all be done in Toowoomba, takes next to no time and at true mate's rates...no mark up.

Most places want set-up fees and at least 25 (and prices are high for each shirt in that case).

But, calling for an EOI and then waiting for all the monies to come through is painful... It just means that people who pay immediately become pi$$ed off waiting for others to finally cough up.

I am happy to buy a bunch of shirts made with our logo or design, but one item at a time!

If thats the case could be another 6 months or a year till the mugs go.

I wouldnt bother with EOI just maybe youself and Ryan when ready can talk/work out the design etc get one made its a + if price is no different with how many are ordered..

Then up it goes with a pic and price and no EOI just payment made shirt sent.

to be honest, there is work involved.. so you don't make your mates do lots of work for ONE SHIRT!

Maybe others think that is okay to do, but I don't. I think 10 would be a better start...

So, when all the mugs go, I will work on an really great embroidery design. If everyone is keen to do something earlier, they are welcome to take it on...

I am just of the opinion that it should be something high quality, not poorly representing rubbish which can be found cheaply online.

there are four other special people too! I think if people are having interstate meets, why not canvass your peeps and see if you want to put together a group buy... that way you will massively save on your postage...

Just a thought.

Well I sold all 4 of my mugs. So including mine that makes 10 sold mugs...10 to go yeah?

We really need to move the rest of the mugs before we can get T-Shirts and some stubby holders happening...

Sorry, Ryan, you're right...10 to go.

Would you prefer stubby holders or shirts first? With stubby holders, do you want fully printed or simple screen prints? Screen prints mean you need 50 or 100 minimums because of the time taken and cost to make the screen....

Fully dye-sublimation will cost nothing extra in set-up.. so we could get 20, really quickly, quite cheaply...

It might be that they wont be sold, but rather an enticement for other initiatives... I will leave that one for Ryan.

Stubbie would be cool. But so would a shirt...

Think stubbies would be cheaper and go faster than a T-Shirt, so probably the better option.

i reckon a towel.
