Touch up paint

hey guys,
I'm in need of touch up paint for my black 2001 ce lancer! Just reversed it into a bush out the front of my girlfriends house (it was dark, ok? XD)
Don't know much about paint so if you guys could give me the low down that'd be great!

Autobahn used to have little bottles of touch up paint. Being black well fade over time I would think if not cleared over
 
your paint code will be on a silver plate at the top of your fire wall, (wall between engine and cabin)

Take that to autobarn and you can buy either a small can or a small nail polish size bottle with a brush. and yes i would clear coat it as well.

Cans cost about $12 not sure on the bottle, about the same?
 
also, depending on the scratch, you could you dab some black on it, cure it with a hairdryer and then applie some clear nail polish
