Looking at doing a server cutover most likely next weekend. Basically I have done a test run of the file copy and load testing of the server and believe all will go smooth with less than a 15 minute outage, but then there will be a period for the DNS changes to take effect (ie for the auslancer.com address to change from our current to new IP address). If you use Google's DNS servers then this should be fine (and sort itself out within 15 mins) otherwise it may take upto 24 hours to access the new server.
