looking for rims

if your after the black with machined lip, matte black looks good have a look at ANZ VRZ im still contemplating over them

Send them an enquiry and they send back a quote then you order with that. They don't do overseas credit card over the net but they send you their bank details and you pay through telegraphic transfer at the bank.
 
if you are going to get 17"s you will have low profile tyres on your wheels which dont show much tread, but if thats the look you like then go for it, to be honest i prefer a bit of tread on the wheels :p 16"s is a better option if you prefer that.
 
17in still have the requied amount of tread by law, they just have a small tyre wall.
 
I have some nice 3 piece ROH chicane 16" rims centres painted in shadow chrome in my garage that I use to have on my old car Nissan Pintara TRX. They have new tyres.

lol just appearance of the tyres.

if you get 17"s one a lancer.. well... by law you have to have to same rolling diameter as for stock wheels, so therefore leaving you with low profile tyres (if you get it professionally done and they follow the law that is)

thats what happened on my first lancer
 
yes thats true, but you wer sayin you get less tread. you still get the same tread just smaller side walls

got my white ones off them put them on my lancer then on the swift had them on the swift for 2 years & now there on our new swift got about 40,000km's on the tyres & they dont even look worn & they didnt charge me p&h & i couldnt be happier with there service but thats just me
 
They're no worse than any other replica wheels available. They're just as good quality as any Bob Jane-esque wheels. They use cheap tyres in their packages to keep prices down, but most kids who want rims don't really care about the tyre, just wanna look good

tempe tyres have a 17" 4 stud sale going at the moment i think theres like 10-15 different wheel packages under that for $749 +P&H

in saying that there are a few nice sets of wheels in there too, better than your bob jane el cheapo looking ones.
