My son's car is a '96 coupe, it has a 4G15 manual with a carby.
He wants to put in a 4G93 from a '94 that we have here. Got the whole car.
How difficult is it?
I'm thinking especially the wiring, is the loom easy to access and change over?
I know we'll need to use the fuel injection tank and probably the fuel lines.
I think the 15 is in backwards, is that as straighforward as changing the axle shafts around?
Usually I'd just look myself and ascertain all these things and fix things as I go along but I'm pretty much crippled and the car is the son's DD and can't be off the road for long so I want to do a bit of research first.
Usually when working on cars I tell him what to do and he does the muscle stuff.
