Centre console upgrade

Hi everyone new to the group.
Has anyone done an upgrade to the centre console that will raise the armrest by about 2 inches?

you could try find a USDM or Thai/Filo spec armrest?

Oh heads up. Evo 7-9 centre console "fits" with some cutting plastic back. It also gives you 2 cup holders
