CE Lancer Coupe Fog lights

Does the front bumper with the round plastic blanks where the fog lights would be actually take fog lights, or do I need an MR style front bumper with the elongated openings for fog lights. This would be for a 2003 CE lancer coupe. I did find a foglight switch which plugged straight into my dash loom.

Yes, all CE3 (round foggie bar) will take the OEM circlular foglights. You may also need an additional fuse and relay for the system to work, but it has been shown to be plug and play for a lot of later model CE3 cars.
