Hey guys I'm close to buying a 4g63t swapped lancer. I was just wondering if anyone could express their opinions on the value, reliability and risk (being a P player in nsw)in the car before I purchase the car..

I'll give ya the rough outline bc can't remember everything
Engine/box/loom/ecu/seats/dash/cluster all came from a genuine ce9a evo ii front cut from japan
The 4g63 is a 7 bolt (stronger then the other 4g63's of the time)
Was opened up by the previous owner (mechanic), everything is clean & straight in there
Heavy duty brass button clutch I'm pretty sure, it's *fudge*in heavy
It's a gsr box that's been rebuilt(60'000kms) it's got evo ii 1&2nd gears so that it's got short ratios, gsr3-5th for longer ratios, rebuilt cusco lsd, will always spin doubles on demand without semi slicks
Body wise, has a one of bonnet panel beated to fit the 63 in it
Has a proton gti front lip, only 3 on record in australia, can sell it seperate as I'll be asking $400extra for it
Been respected about 3 years ago, not the best job, but still great, few dings n that, nothing major
Rolled rear guards, fits 15x8-10 perfectly, like can't fit a thong in between guard n rim
Fronts need rolling & pumping to accomodate 225 semis
Tinted not sure of grade
Sunroof model (rare as *fudge*)
Has rust in the roof, which is common for these, only small stuff, body shop would have it fixed in a day
Suspension it has Koni shocks with king springs in the front
Makitas stocks in the back, also have kings for the back
15x8-10 og meshies, relipped & got groovy looking paint on them
Fronts are wrapped in 225/45/15 hankook rs3 semi slicks, $180 a tyre
Rears are slightly stretched 195/50/15 el cheapos, got another set of tyres to go on once the currents are dead
All over is a neat car, a lot of genuine rare parts in it that you won't find anywhere else
Got a *fudge*load of spares with it aswell."
Thoughts on power? Claimed 180kw at the wheels on 9psi, 210kw at 15psi
Will I be targeted by the popo?
Is it worth $6500?
