Hey guys,

I bought a brand new lancer ES Sport a few months back and i am in the process of doing all the new car add ons and im just after a bit of advice with fog/driving lights, Do you know any good ones that will fit perfectly or is it best to go straight to the dealer for the lights? Im after the LED as im going to swap my headlights to LED aswell.

Air con- In the car i have the aircon set to the lowest setting and it is still not very cold, is there anything I can do about this?

Thanks in advance,
Matt

Look on eBay for foglights specifically for your car. There are like 20 million kits available and much less than the dealer will charge.

Your aircon is a bit harder, you'll have to take it to a specialist. You could have some kind of leak or your compressor might not be working properly. It's very hard to diagnose unless you really know your way around the AC.

Hi, I have had a look but im not seeing to have any luck with finding any compatible ones with the year of my car.

Air con needs to re-freeze the air already in the car to be truely cold. Have it set to recirc and it'll get chilly

Hi, if its a brand new 2015 ES lancer have you taken it back to the dealer to check/rectify the problem, what was his response? The 2015 ES has quite a good air con system so it is unusual for a new car to have the problem you described, its a wonder the dealer did not pick it up at servicing/pre delivery time?
Its nothing to do with your problem, but when it is functioning properly you are best to run the air conditioner at least every week for about 10 mins, even in winter as this keep the seals soft and prevents them from "drying out" which causes loss of coolant.
My old 2004 CH has covered 154,000 klms and the air con still works great because i use it regularly, even in the rain, never had it serviced or re-gassed, still original.

My advice would be go to the dealer and get him to check all functions.

Thanks mate, I will take the car in on Thursday to try get it looked at.

if you have a thermometer, stick it in the air vents. If you only get like 13 degrees, there's an issue there that the dealer should have to fix, and should be warranty.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Mitsubis...ulbs-Globes-/201049423004?hash=item2ecf7abc9c should fit in factory type fog lights. Would be a lot more expensive as you'll have to buy those globes, and the genuine fog light kit from the dealer. If you struggle to find anything else this could be a last resort?

Why do you want LED foggies? Just get that projector kit and shove HIDs in them.

Not really since you should only have them on during fog, and HIDs will cut through fog better than LED.
