Steering Wheel Shaking?

hey guys n gals.


I have a an 06 2.4 L CH and its lowered on pedders shocks and springs with 18's all professionally done so all right fit and lowered correctly.

BUT when i brake, the steering wheel shudders and shakes untill i come to a stop but when im out on the open road and driving along its like a dream.

What is the cause of this shaking?!?!?! its only when i brake :(

i'm guessing either the brake discs are warped or they're not properly centred on the hubs, have you upgraded your brakes at all?
 
i would start by checking for plastic hub rings when you take off the wheel. if they are not there then that would probly be causing it.
if not that have you over heated you brakes and warped the rotors.
 
Another way to warp them is after some hard driving you started washing your car straight away and directed water hose at the rotors ?
