Double Din HD help

Hey there guys

Just recently bought an 06 CH LS so the audio system is the "premium" one with the stock double din head deck

I am looking to upgrade to an aftermarket double din and was wondering if anyone knew the best brand
and if the after market one will just bolt straight in or any threads with images of others who have done this already.
. (sorry im kinda new to auslancer)
 
another D din should both straight in using the existing brackets. as for brand pick your favorite or go look at functions and pick best one for you
 
Your lucky to get a double din setup in your Lancer. So I assume your Lancer has climate control as well?

Like what mdclear said, it really depends on which functions you're after and also your budget.

Just a note; the Pioneer's and Sony's are always up the top and thus the most expensive but you could probably pickup a decent JVC for under $300 at JB. It really comes down to how much you want to spend. :)
 
Please whatever you do, don't get sony. Pioneer are very good, Alpine and kenwood are very good also. Just shop around, read reviews and then make your decision :)
