My boot likes to open up by itself...

Ok, so this annoying problem hhas started to happen recently where my boot, just out of no where will open up, i thought it may of been because the latch was to far down, and it was a pain in the ass to shut sometimes. I moved the latch up, and it seemed to be fine for a while, but whilst driving home tonight, did the same thing. I have to mention though, this does only heppen my sub is going, so im going to assume that that has something to do with it. Is it worth just buying a new thingy (wouldnt have a clue what there called) thats on the boot?

There's possibly a spring in the latch that's not working? Either that or the boot or latch is out of allignment and not making proper contact??

load the boot lid up with dyamat and it will be to heavy to open even if it doesn't latch, + you get better sound... win win
