after selling my ce lancer sedan off abit under 2 months ago.
been riding my moto. but i need a car for work now!

im contemplating another lancer... sorta turned off getting a turbo atm..
would deffo be a coupe, with low kms.
would probs be looking at doing minor performance and handling mods to it.

can some1 list the full benefits of a glx over an mr for me though? im not 100%.
they are still a SOHC though yer?

both sohc. MR has sexy black interior and the MR kit. i don't think there is much else though, they may weigh slightly less too? read that somewhere but don't take that one as fact.
 
get MR, mr has the 1.8L 16v sohc and has nicer interior trim, gli/glxi are either 1.5 sohc 12v or 1.8L 16v sohc, so check b4 u buy them
 
yeh paints not the best..
the body is still shiny, but the kits have faded..
picked it up at a good price, so hard to complain.
 
does red n green paint fade faster or sumthing? all my friends with astina's or excel's have fadded paint n their cars r all green...
 
yeh, iv noticed that red fades crazy fast and with green cars if not looked after well the roof/bonnet go super quick
im not sure if its true, could just be dodgy paint jobs, but its what iv noticed, that why i keep my car under cover as much as possible
 
Red's the worst for fading. There's no real red tint made that can withstand prolonged exposure to sun.
