Hi,
Just bought a new Cf Lancer ES Sport. Well not new it was built in 2017 but only 15 kms on it. Very happy so far... the last Mitsubishi I had was an RA Colt back in 88.
Yes it’s an old new car so hopefully production bugs sorted and no direct injection coking problems. Amazing prices at the moment as they run them out.
Need to get it tinted and better speakers fitted in the near future.

That's a new car!!! Mine is an ES sport MY15 build date 2014 and possession to dealer December 2014
First registered as new in April 2015

So in Victoria compliance date taken as date of the car therefor registered as 2014 .
Thing to watch is well inn my case anyway and possibility others, Mitsubishi Australia claimed registration date fur warranty and start for
time for first service, is from the time the dealer took the car and not from the date it was first registered by you.

Took me a long time and a heap of pushing to get it back to registered date being the date it was registered to me as my car
Argument that I used was that all The advertising offered to the public at large and as was offered to was a 5 years warranty and that would not be the case
and that therefore their offer of a 5 year warranty being offered in advertising was not being given to me. That's what happened to me.

I might have tackled this before but could perhaps, been in ClubCJ

All that was explained by the dealer, very transparent and straightforward. Only thing at the first service was the b pillar wrap was scratched, new pieces ordered.
 
I haven’t had any problems with my CF Lancer, the only things I’ve done is change all lights to leds, even the headlights/high and low, the high beams are a prick to change if you’re a bigger guy like me
