Hi everyone, im new to this forum and i wanna get some more info on my ch lancer about modifications.

Im wondering if anyone has modified their stock airbox and deleted any resonators, or created more flow. How has this worked out? I had some thoughts about doing this to get more intake noise/airflow while still keeping the stock box with a k&n panel filter.
 
I tried deleting the large resonator that obscures the rocker cover. Simple to do with an end cap for 40mm PVC pipe I think it was???
Result was an unpleasant and loud droning noise so the resonator went back on.

Thats good to know, I deleted the little resonator thats connected to the underside of the air funnel/snorkel, i’ve noticed a little bit more noise but not much else
