Front calipers to rear

Hey all, is it possible to put front calipers on the rear? Wanting to get dba t2 slotted rotors but can only find front ones in the 4x114.3 stud so hence my question
 
Front calipers will not bolt onto the rear hub without modification.

I’m sure if you contact DBA or a supplier they will be able to find you t2 discs in 4x114.3 for the rear. If not, there are several other options, like redrilling another disc, or even an alternative brand/spec disc.

Yeah have contacted dba just waiting to hear back, just out of curiosity what kind of work would it take to do a front calipers to rear conversion?
