Yes. The digital odometer section at the bottom of the dashboards is actually removable. So pull your cluster apart and your new one and put your old odo into the new cluster. Take some photos as you pull each bit apart and be careful not the crack any plastic clips

so i have a 4g63 manual how do i tell if theres enough oil in the trans i filled it up and tiped maybe 1L 1.5L of it on the ground full bottle before i found the breather surely it wont take a full second bottle right?

Try checking your car's manual for how much oil it says.

Alternatively use the lube selector on Penrite, Nulon, etc websites and it should tell you the capacity. Another good sanity check would have been to see how much oil came out of the gearbox (assuming no leaks)....

Its a 4g93 that was a typo and yeah It. Needs like 2.2l or something but I don't know how much is in there so I don't know if it needs more or less how do I tell if it requires more as half the bottle went On The road

Gearbox takes 2.2L. The way to check is you need the car on level ground - open the fill plug and see if any dribbles out. If it does not, you need to put more fluid in, till you have a small but continuous flow coming out.

I used to know the answer to this but I never wrote it down! What is the largest Throttle Body from a Magna that would fit a 4G9x family engine.

I recall it being 60mm (4G64) and nothing larger till the FBW Throttles.

Has anyone got a part number for arp head studs too suit sohc 4g93
Been looking for while and not 100% on what I need too buy and don’t want too drop $400 that might not fit

ES is just your trim level, not the series of the car.

So you need to be looking at whether or not it’s a CG, CH or CJ Lancer for instance.

Oh beauty so I need to be looking for parts for a ch lancer cool, my second question if I can be greedy would then be what are some good online stores that sell good suspension parts for lancers?

Hey all new to the forum, from nz. Just asking does the solid rear axle of the 96-03 lancer wagons affect hard cornering/overall performance?
Thanks.

Terrible image, but this is one from the internet - its the white plug bang in the centre, normally tied up tight against the odb loom

What else do I need to complete converting manual side mirrors to electric mirrors??

This is what I have so far:
Both side mirrors (have installed them but the cables aren't connected to anything)
The switch for the dash

My next thing will probably be power windows, What do I need for that?

The door looms to match for both the mirrors and the windows, if you don't have any extra cable on your door looms apart from the speaker wires you will definately need them. Windows you will probably also need a relay. I'm sure there is a pic of the relay box under the steering column somewhere on this forum and you have to see if there is wiring attached to the back of that relay aswell else you may need a dashloom too. And the mirror switch as well and hopefully there is a spare plug near where that slots in or else again, dash loom that has one.

This is just off the top of my head.
