Is there any way I can fix this hole? Would that putty that goes hard work at all? Can't remember the name of itIMG_20190831_193330.jpg

Aluminium JB Weld would probably do it. Alternatively, even just a silicone to suit the sealing it needs to do - ie fuel or air or coolant.

Best option is to get it repaired by someone with a TIG welder.

jb weld was the stuff i was thinking bout. used it to fix a hole in the cooling system of my old starlet

If that’s a coolant line it’s brass or something not steel or aluminium from memory but still jb weld imo of just shove the coolant pipe a bit further up and tighten the clamp over the hole?

does it matter if the coolant line for the trottle body are actually connected? i wouldnt think aussie winters get cold enough in sydney for the valve to freeze

Nope. Mine is bypassed to feed the turbo cooling circuit. I think its more to do with regulation of temp rather than changing it if that makes sense
