New Member / RPM Signal

hey guys, new to auslancer. I’d been getting advice from threads for ages and decided I’d finally join.

I’ve got a 97 Mirage CE, looking to hook up a tacho sometime soon. Does anyone know if there’s an easy way to connect a 1.8L gauge cluster, or whether I should just go for an aftermarket tacho?

If aftermarket, which dizzy cable is the RPM sender?

There is a blue diagnostics spade connector plug on the passenger side of the engine bay firewall. This is the normal location to get an RPM signal from.
Otherwise, my very hazy memory says the thick white cable off the dizzy plug.
