I suspect it is torque converter, just want confirmation before sourcing and replacing this.
Issue: In drive with foot on brake idling car vibrates, gets worse if you turn a/c on or use powersteering.

What I've tried:
Replace all engine/trans mounts
Replace IACV from known good vehicle and check rpm is to spec both idling and under load from accessories
Service spark plugs, check resistance of coil packs, clean MAF sensor (and replace from known good vehicle), full service done includng timing belt kit.
Change ecu from known good vehicle

In park or neutral car does not vibrate or normally, in drive it is excessive to the point the dashboard makes noise.

Mate mine does the same. Change trans fluid and the idle control valve which automatically bumps up the revs when gears are engaged and A/c is on and has made a slight difference. Idles better and when in drive keeps the revs just below 800rpms. Before mine would sit at 700rpms and vibrate. When at lights i would sit in neutral till green. Hope that helps.
