If you don't have receipt and is not marked in log book then chances are no, it should be same procedure as doing a wagon i guess, part no# same for both CH 2lt & 2.4lt (is MR552781) . I used orig mitsubishi for my wagon in 2015, changed at 135,000 klms, i paid $104 trade, current mitsubishi price is $215, on ebay from about $30 to $90, Mit parts warehouse sell oem ones still for $76 US plus shipping.
As far as procedure, disconnect battery, then remove back seat, do it outside garage, open all the doors, disconnect and block/seal your lines after removal, disconnect wiring plugs, Needless to say no naked flames or ign sources anywhere near the car at all (including mobile phones). Just undo screws/hex head (10mm i think) and slowly remove assembly trying not to damage seal gasket, remove existing fuel pump if looks good and still functions well, then reuse it, you will see how pump assembly comes out/goes in on removal of old filter, I think i used a plastic dinner plate to cover opening in tank to make me feel a little bit safer, try and do it say with at least 1/2 tank, the fumes are what is dangerous, the amount of fuel just means a bigger bang! Just remember no naked flames anywhere near the car, once completed go a a drive over a few bumps(this is where the more fuel comes in handy) check if all working ok and no leaks/seepage, double check connections and refit seat.
Don't think i have forgotten anything, if so guys jump in!
