Clutch Slave Cylinder Replacement

Hi guys,

The little rubber boot on my clutch slave cylinder has been rubbing on the radiator hose and has worn down.

There is dampness there (from the clutch fluid).
Does this mean the slave cylinder needs replacing?

If this is normal does anyone know where I could get a new boot to fit?

If you're still around for this post...the boot is an irrelevance...it's the little cup inside the slave cyl that needs replacing. Yes, you can replace the complete slave cyl but any decent clutch or brake repair business should be able to provide a replacement kit (boot & cup seal) at a fraction of the cost.

I ended up taking the slave cylinder apart, gave it a clean, replaced the rubber boot and it works completely fine
