Checked usage over last 9 months, and 2,074km. Car is MY15 ES Sport 2ltr NA
All runs, predominantly 1km to 3km and occasional, country rd: run of 30km to 60km at speeds
ranging from70km 80km up to 100km per hour limits in hilly terrain. Just to clear the engine.

Reason for last 9 months, its all I have recorded. Achieved 11.63ltrs - 100km overall.
Is this reasonable? Absolutely acceptable to me. :confused2:

Your usage is probably on the high side of normal but with the short trips that you are doing it's not over the top.

That is on the high side I think, ive got a freelander 2 i6 3.2L, it averages 11.0-11.4 calculated from the tank not the screen.

Short runs kill economy, so your economy is not surprising. I was seeing around 10L/100km when doing 1 to 3km runs in my Lancer. When I was mostly doing 6+km runs I would get ~8L/100km.

Try going for a decent highway run. If you get around 7L/100km then I'd say nothing is wrong with the car.

Taking into account, hilly terrain, Above sounds spot on. Regards highway I can only use dash info: and that is once again as above 7L/100km or even marginally less. Depending on direction, headed towards higher or lower ground!!
Original test = Tank test, not screen. Over 2000km+

If ever do another run to Perth and back from Melbourne, or even another run to Sydney or Brisbane, will do a highway tank test!!!! Anything shorter can be influenced by difference in full? point.
