Hey guys, I'm Alan

Been following this forum for a while now, but just haven't ever posted anything.
But hey, it's never too late to join, right? Ahaha

I own a red '98 Mirage, had it for about 9 months now. First car, no major mods...yet.

Over the few months the forum has helped me so much, and with so many friendly members willing to help, I'm glad I can join this community.

Planning to drop in a 4g93, already purchased a glxi lancer and now I just need to get my *poo* together and get off my lazy ass to actually do the swap.

Cheers guys, hoping to meet some of you guys at future meets!

Down below is a pic of the rage, stock as a brick but hey, it delivers pizzas well :p

G'day and welcome to the forums officially buddy! G93 is a perfect engine for a mirage, should have always been installed in there!

Hi and welcome to the forums, i guess if you have been sandbagging on the side for a while you will know your way around by now.

And yer the 4G93 should make a difference, quicker delivery= hotter pizza, win win all round !

Thanks for the warm welcome guys :)
Ahaha agreed ARC

And yes Michael :p finally did something for once!
Now to get off my lazy ass and drop the 1.8 in

I took like 2 years to get everything together and finally dump the manual 93 in. You will never regret axing your 1.5!

Welcome and good luck!

id ditch the 1.8 and put a 4g94 in the 1.8 is still like a 4g15
Haha thanks for the advice, but I'll be sticking with the 93 since I got it for a super sweet price and will probably be going with Josh's advice. :D but thanks for the input nevertheless mate ahaha

Not exactly wanting a power box, just something that will stay stuck to the twistes and light enough to dart away from a certain mate in his commie wagon ;)

Once again, thanks for the warm welcome guys, any input, both negative and positive is always appreciated :)

Cheers mate, I've set myself a deadline for the 25th of this month, because if I don't, I know I will never get it done :D exciting times ahead, will post pics in a build thread after I figure out how to set one up! :D
