New From Melbourne

I'm new to this forum and new to Mitsubishi's.
after owning a number of Honda's the last couple of years I finally decided it was time for something new.
I picked up my 99 MR Coupe yesterday and just seeing where it takes me.
No plans for mods at the moment but i'll most likely be aiming for handling so if anyone has advise for anything to improve handling would be much appreciated.

You have a good base to start with.
Check out what the others on this forum have done to their cars and start from there.
There is a wealth of info on this site!!!

Welcome buddy - coilovers, a rear swaybar, and a set of strut bars will turn the car into something that can keep up with most other in corners if youre ballsy enough

definitely will be looking into all those things.
And ballsy corners, that's the whole idea.

Hey hey! I definitely recommend strut bars as your first mod. They're like $150 delivered from the states for generic ones and they feel so good first off! Nice and easy mod to do too. Good learning job if you're new to the spanner as well!

Keep a look out for the VIC event post's. There won't be one for a few weeks but would definitely love to get you down for some chills!

Awesome i'll look into it, i like easy mods but the spanner is nothing new for me.
And definitely keen to come out and meet new people!
