Official too lazy to search, noob friendly thread.

If you have one in your cabin on your parcel shelf, you can delete it and use the wires and extend it out to the wing.

Thanks guys. Will look into it.

Also, would 17x7 +42 wheels fit ok on the CE sedan?

Stock ride height.

Should be fine on stock height, just run a 205 and or a 215/40/17 tire, a P36-P44 offset should be good, I can check NJOY book to check rolling specs etc to confirm if you wish, but that should keep it in legal rolling dimensions. I't may scrub just a little bit fully loaded, but otherwise should be ok, but the better size would be 16", but this should work?

Tyres are too big. Need 205/40/17 to keep rolling diameter. 215/40 still throws it out but not by much. Won't scrub on any load unless you put like 400kg in the boot

Any instructions to wire up a rear spoiler light?

I've just changed boot lids with one with spoiler and light. Want it to as as third brake light.
Thanks in advance.

Just run wires from spoiler light, one to earth other to rear brake light wire. Should be easy enough to find.

I piggiebacked my spoiler of the middle light on the pass
It doesn't blow the fuse so I assume it's ok but should it be a bigger fuse than stock?

Suggest you leave it as it is. It works so why change. You could try leaving your foot on the brake peddle for an extended period and the engine running
in neutral or park so the lights are at their brightest and if everything stays OK . Then you know its right. If not talk to an auto electrician.

Thoughts on fitment of:
16x7 wheels
205/45/16 tyres.

Standard height.

You'll have a bit of wheel gap, but it's a nice sized wheel. I have that on atm

I'm looking to get a lip for my mirage. Will a lip meant for a slat grill bumper fit a ce3 bumper that has the removable grill? Pretty sure they are exactly the same dimension wise, just want to make sure before I spend my money.

Are you asking if a CE1 lip (matching the bumper with triangle fog lights) will fit a ce3 (circle fog lights) if that's what you meant, you'll need to find an OEM lip that matches the bumper it came from. The ce3 lip is much smaller and rounder. I've seen a few try to line up the old on the new but I've never seen it finished.

Not CE1. I'm wanting to know if there is any difference between the round fog light bumpers for the coupe and the rage, aside from different grills. Will a lip made for the stub nose rage bumper fit the coupe bumper?

Bumpers are totally interchangeable, you just don't use a grille with a ce1 bumper and do witha ce2. The lips also won't fit the opposite bumper without fab work because they wrap around the bottom differently

Ahh. I see what you mean. AFAIK all snub nose will fit together, they're the same

4g15 takes 5.0L of coolant
4g15 takes 2.1L of gearbox oil (SAE 75W-90 or 75W-85API SL 4)

4g93 takes 3.8L of engine oil
4g93 takes 6L of coolant
4g93 takes 2.2L of gearbox oil (SAE 75W-90 or 75W-85API SL 4)
